How do I know if my organization is a BELA™ member?
Membership is held at the organization level, not by individual. Email events@ethisphere.com with your company name — we’ll confirm within a day. If you already bought a ticket and later find out you’re covered, contact us before March 1, 2027 and we’ll refund it.
What happens when the Super Early Bird rate ends?
The rate steps up automatically at 11:59 pm ET on September 30, 2026. Rates rise again as the event approaches. Whatever rate is showing when you complete checkout is the rate you pay — adding items to the panel does not hold a price.
Can I switch from virtual to in-person later?
Yes, until March 1, 2027, subject to in-person availability. Email events@ethisphere.com and pay the difference at the rate current when you first registered.
Can I send a colleague in my place?
Substitutions are free at any time, including on site. Send the new attendee’s name, title, and email to events@ethisphere.com.
What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund through January 31, 2027. Fifty percent refund through March 1, 2027. No refunds after March 1, but your registration converts to a virtual pass at no extra cost.
Is there a hotel block?
Yes — a discounted room block at the Omni Atlanta Hotel at Centennial Park. The booking link is included in your registration confirmation email and closes when the block sells out.
Do you offer group rates?
Group pricing begins at four in-person passes from the same organization. Select the group ticket type in the panel above, or contact the events team for an invoice.
Can I pay by invoice or purchase order?
Yes, for groups of four or more. Choose “Pay by invoice” at checkout and we’ll issue terms within two business days.
Will sessions be recorded?
All main-stage sessions are recorded and available on demand for twelve months to both in-person and virtual registrants. Closed-door roundtables are never recorded.
I’m attending in-person, do I get access to the virtual sessions?
Yes – after the event concludes all ticket holders receive on-demand access for up to 90 days. This includes access to any session that was recorded, resources and connecting with peers.
